These are made available with 4 speed transmission supports that allow covering all possible speed ranges no requirement of shifting as well as swing away face plate with remote tension control provided at operator’s console.

Hydraulic Shear Machine I is used for handling CR & HR Coils and come equipped with levers calibrated in thickness on both machine sides. This supports the demands of adjusting clearance between top and bottom blade as per the thickness of Sheet/Plates. The system also comes with selector switch for making variable rake angle adjustments as well as provision of hydraulic hold down rapid blade clearance adjustment.
